Here’s how you take long form video, and break it down to short form content 👇 Step 1.) BEFORE you record that long form video, podcast, or interview, be sure you have a short form strategy in mind  This means knowing exactly where you will trim and chop the clips and embedding hooks within each sub topic you talk about Step 2.) Create a standardized workflow Set it up in Trello, Clickup, or even Gdrive to start. You and your team should know exactly where the raw video comes in, how it moves into post production, where the quality checks are, and where it comes out the other side ready to post.
